Indicate whether you are connected with an Extension program, a school, a private or public organization, or participating for your own enjoyment. Please include your home address, county where surveying, phone number, e-mail address, and describe the type of property or area that you would like to survey.

Your Computer: To enter survey data, you must use a fairly recent version of either Netscape Navigator or Internet Explorer. You can download recent versions for FREE from their respective home pages. AOL web browser cannot be used for entering data.

YOUR SURVEY DATA: We can only use your data IF you use the spelling of common bird names exactly as they are spelled in this list from the American Ornithological Union (AOU) -- See the list at the following Web address: http://bird.ifas.ufl.edu/WildLife/species_list.pdf. Printing the List: this version (PDF) of the list is 13 pages long. As an HTML file, the list is 26 pages long when printed.
